Ryan is currently completing his Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts at Monash University. Ryan started at Hope Earle in 2021 as a Notary Paralegal and now assists staff generally as a Law Clerk and Property Paralegal.
Ryan has proficiency across PEXA and Duties Online platforms and has experience handling the following:
Day to day handling of property conveyances;
Preparation of Contracts of Sale and Vendor Statements;
Conducting searches and preparing due diligence reports;
Preparation and lodgement of State Revenue Office stamp duty refund applications, duty statements and complex assessments; and
Preparation of section 27 statements and GST Withholding Notices.
