Evelyn specialises in property law and oversees our growing conveyancing practice . Evelyn also assists our partners across various commercial practice areas and in doing so provides practical and commercial legal advice to a broad range of clients.

Evelyn joined Hope Earle after a four year period as State Manager and Head Lawyer of a national conveyancing firm, where she established and oversaw successful conveyancing practices in three separate States.

Evelyn has a deep understanding of all aspects of property acquisitions and dispositions, and her extensive experience in the PEXA electronic conveyancing workspace makes her a knowledgeable and valuable advocate for vendors and purchasers alike.

Evelyn assists our clients with the following types of matters:

  • Handling all aspects of the acquisition and disposition of residential, off the plan and commercial properties, including providing advice in relation to Contracts of Sale, Vendor Statements and conducting due diligence;

  • Advising on stamp duty implications on property transactions and applicable concessions/exemptions;

  • Registration of plans of subdivision and consolidation;

  • Advising and completing non-sale transfers, including related party and spousal transfers;

  • Commercial and retail leasing matters;

  • Acting on off-the-plan developments from acquisition through to individual sales; and

  • Assisting and advising on general commercial matters.
